Me getting ready for my BIG day!! (Don't I look nervous?? lol)
Hi everyone, welcome to my site! Just to tell you a little about myself, my name is Lana and I'm from San Diego, California. My hubby and I got married on 11-11-11! We got engaged in the summer of 2011 after dating for more than 5 years. Why did we get married so quickly?? Honestly, we both felt it was time to get hitched, so we went for it!!! It was one of those moments in our lives that we knew we were doing the right thing and we didn't want to waste any more time not being married to each other.
In less than 5 months, I planned EVERYTHING! That summer my hubby was working full-time and I was in my second year of law school. It wasn't that he didn't want to help, but he was just busy with work and couldn't meet with a lot of vendors during the day. That summer, I met with tons of vendors, drove all around town and planned most of the wedding by myself.
If you have more than 5 months, awesome!! If not, I hope you're encouraged to know that it's possible! I'll be sharing some TIPS on how you can save time and mone$y by doing some research beforehand.
